 for a number of years now the one thing that I have done is used old broken jewlery and make it into something ne that I have made or designed.

The only consern is how much is broken jewlery worth?

Is it costume jewerlry?

Or have I mistaken things like diamonds for glass or pearls or plastic??

Some times it is easy to find out about an items of jewlery if it is hallmarked or is a known jewelry name like Cartier.

But how do you sort out the wheat from the chaff?

How much is what you have worth?

How much will people be willing to pay?

Also in 2025 how easy is it to spot a forgeries to the real thing?

Over the next few months I am aiming so look into this more and see what I can find out and learn for myslef.
