i have been trying to set up my own bussiness since the age of 16, I am noe 42 nut i always tell people that i am 45.

This is ptonanly due to me libing with EUPD, and nd wanting to feel wiser and older than i am.

Over the years i have found working with other a real chalenge and if i have learnt any thing it is to look after your self and your family first.

I have tried a number of ways to get KABFA Designs off the gound and to become a vussiness that i can run on my own and mauve my childrfen ine day.

 Good moring due to living with EUPD I am updating KABFA (Designs) Sadly i still do not have any where to work from ao until i do thia will be a hobby and not an offficail busioness.

over the past 10 yeards i have tryed to set but, but due to ill health and faving diisablity discrmination at every trun i try to make.

To say that becomeing self employed again is challenging, would be an understatment.

IWhat is new for 2026?

 At this moment in time I have so many new things going on in my life BUT so much more to sort out,

I am still looking for some way for set up my small indepentant bussiness with out it effecting my SEN needs and my childrens too.

Being my sons full time carer and home schooling him, I keeep looking at ways to help him in the futre so that he can try and join the work force one day,

I would like him to beable to set exams and not have his life limited by is SEn needs and who society still view peole that "do not fit in."

So I have been looking at how to set up KABDA Designs with my children helping me and have been working on some Logos.

Logos that exsplain what KABFA Designs repersents and what we may sell.

With 2025 now drawing to a close I am taking this time to wish you a Happy New Year for 2026.

Usually I am to do a you tube video to welcoming in the new year and to show case the year I have had.

Sadly I have not been able to do this for 2025, due to my illness, disabilities and once again facing homelessness.

These are things that I would like to talk about more in 2026, also to showcase thought out 2026 to promote information and awareness about these.

I know that the say “A picture paints a thousand words.” So I will aim to do this though my art.

Saturnalia Explained

Happy Satunalia December 17 to December 23

Saturnalia is an ancient Roman festival and holiday in honour of the god Saturn, held on 17 December in the Julian calendar and later expanded with festivities until 19 December.

By the 1st century BC, the celebration had been extended until 23 December, for a total of seven days of festivities. The holiday was celebrated with a sacrifice at the Temple of Saturn, in the Roman Forum, and a public banquet, followed by private gift-giving, continual partying, and a carnival atmosphere that overturned Roman social norms: gambling was permitted, and masters provided table service for their slaves as it was seen as a time of liberty for both slaves and freedmen alike.

A common custom was the election of a "King of the Saturnalia", who gave orders to people, which were followed and presided over the merrymaking. The gifts exchanged were usually gag gifts or small figurines made of wax or pottery known as sigillaria. The poet Catullus called it "the best of days".
